These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the badshah platform and all associated services. By using the badshah website or mobile application, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

These Terms are written in English and apply equally to all users of the badshah platform. They form a legally binding agreement. For more details about us, please visit the About badshah page.

badshah is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent relationship with its users. The purpose of these Terms is to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties so that there is no confusion.

1.1 Definitions

The following terms are used in this document with the meanings given below:

• "Platform" — The overall service including the badshah website and mobile application.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on badshah or is using the service.
• "Account" — The registered profile of a user, associated with their login credentials.
• "Balance" — The total amount of money held in an account.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits granted as a promotional offer.

To open an account and use the services on badshah, you must meet the following requirements. Failing to meet these requirements will make it impossible to create or maintain an account.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the badshah platform. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and a capable adult resident of Bangladesh.

For age verification purposes, badshah may request an identity document or proof of age at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If evidence of this is found, all associated accounts will be closed and the balances in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time. If any of your details change, please update them promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your badshah account. Keep your password secure and never share it with any third party.

3.1 Login Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify the badshah support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

badshah reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of any fraudulent activity.
• Evidence of creating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of using a false identity or false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Specific rules apply to depositing and withdrawing money on badshah. All financial transactions are handled through local mobile banking methods.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

badshah currently supports deposits via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Once a deposit is successful, the balance is added to your account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used to withdraw winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Same-Identity Requirement

The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the badshah account holder. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be rejected.

4.4 Rejected Transactions

badshah offers promotional offers to users from time to time. Each bonus offer comes with specific conditions that must be met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the total wagering requirement must be met: bonus amount × 20. Therefore, for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

When a bonus is issued, it is not "free" — it is a conditional benefit. Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once — it cannot be claimed again from the same account or identity.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time after being issued, it may expire.
• If any unusual betting pattern is detected with the intention of claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• badshah reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular users may participate in badshah's VIP Program. There are three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% cashback per week; Silver members receive up to 0.7%; and Gold members receive up to 1.0% cashback. Cashback is calculated on the net losses for the week.

Specific rules must be followed when placing bets and playing casino games on badshah. These rules ensure fair participation for all users.

6.1 Reasons for Bet Cancellation

A bet may be cancelled in the following situations:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or a data provider issue.
• An event is cancelled or postponed.
• Clear evidence of betting fraud is found.
• A bet is accepted at inconsistent values due to a system error.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football and other sports, official match results are used for settlement. Betting is available on major international tournaments including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live casino, baccarat and roulette — maintain a defined RTP (Return to Player) rate. Each game has its own rules, which are available within the game interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the badshah platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and necessary legal action.

• Using any software, bot or automated method to place bets.
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating an account using funds from a third party.
• Attempting to hack or intrude into the platform's systems.
• Any form of money laundering activity.

• A game or bet being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Inability to access the service due to an issue with the user's own device.

• The service being unavailable due to unexpected technical errors or scheduled maintenance.
